Job responsibilities:

1. Assist marketing salespeople in accepting customer commissions, arranging sea freight booking, trailer transportation, cargo tracking, and other matters.

2. Liaise with relevant business operations departments at the headquarters to track destination port goods and arrange logistics distribution.

3. Notify the shipper in advance, handle the corresponding release procedures, and track the shipper's pick-up and receipt of goods.

4. Familiarize and master the basic information of our company's customers, warmly and proactively accept customer inquiries and feedback.

5. Cooperate with other staff in the logistics department.

Qualification:

1. Proficient in computer operation, proficient in using OFFICE office software, with a certain foundation of network knowledge

2. Require serious and meticulous work, quick response, and team spirit

3. Have a certain foundation in English and be able to communicate with foreign clients via email

4. Have a certain level of logistics knowledge and customer service awareness and ability

5. Female proficient operators are preferred, and excellent fresh graduates are accepted

Monday to Saturday morning

9: 00-12:00

13: 30-18:00
